Allow a target's jump destination to be displayed, while seated in a turret seat. Currently you need to jump back in the pilot seat momentarily to catch it as a chat pop-up. Same "1000 meters or less" rules.

Yeah seems sensible, i hadnt realised it didnt work in turrets.
