A EC - class vessel with 1 L port instead of two small. A addition to A-dawgs suggestion within a suggestion thread.
Awards required: 100 player kills with the ec-88 &,or Ec-89 ships.

EC-107 stats with the alteration of a single large port. Requires 100 kills in an E-88/89 class ship.
Or if that's too much, use the EC-104 stats.

It should be better than the EC-107 if we need 100 kills instead of 50.

The "better" characteristic is that it has a large port. It's more of a novelty than anything else.
+1 BUT 100 kills in EC-89 is too little. The jump should be up to 300-500 or so. 500 is not unreachable, especially with the frequency of buswars in this game.
As A-Dawg mentioned, this would be primary a novelty ship. Just give it the stats of the 107, but with just a single lp. I think this would end up being the only large port ship that won't cost free to play players crystal. That alone would make the 500pk in bus grind worth it for many.

I think 100 kils sounds about right. 500 is too much and bus wars or even normal pews aren't really happening a lot so it won't make sense. In the end we would have a new ship that most players never get.
It took me about two days (two bus wars) to get 50 kills in a EC 89. So that would mean four days for the next badge? I don't think so. This should not be an easily attainable ship. It should instead be a nice reward for players sticking with the game for a while. You know what, i change my mind:

It's a ec, so keep it to ec related kills. I doubt you could farm 50+ actual ec kills in a day with the current playerbase. 500 is a grinding yet not easily obtainable.

+1 500 EC kills, but let those kills be in an EC-107!
