As part of the Itani Blockade, send Itani Capital ships to Ukari B-5 as well as Ukari A-10. It doesn't make sense that a direct path a Serco Capital system (Helios to Pyronis) would only get blockaded by fighters. Have the blockade system alternate what sector gets a capship.
