Allow us to change the UI text colours.

So I recently had (or am having) a little stab at making a skin for VO, mainly because the default looks pretty basic and boring, especially in VR when it is so massive. Anywho, one thing that still isn't possible is changing the text colours of various interface information. Now this isn't really a massive big deal, as you can just create the skin with this in mind, but it can make some colour choices look bad until you see them in game with the actual text rendered.

If this had to be done via Lua, I suspect it wouldn't be an issue; as if you can install a skin, I'm pretty sure you can work out a plugin too, and skin creators could just include a plugin with the skin download (with instructions on how to install it too if required). I think a prefered method would be a text file added to the skin directory itself, perhaps called something like color.cfg where text colours could be defined. If the file isn't found, it uses defaults, and if it is it loads it along with the skin.

Anyway, it would give skin makers a bit more freedom when it comes to colour choices. I do not think many skins have been created lately so I wouldn't think this is any kind of priority or anything like that, but now we can change font type, colour would be nice too. Even without a skin!

That'd be fine by me. We could add an option for a preferred font preference too (although not all platforms currently include all fonts).

That would also rock.
