A sector, with a massive (and i mean massive) asteroid with a station in the center and about 3-4km in any directon from that station to the asteroids outer walls

Small cracks in the roid that only fighter class/size behemoth being the biggest can fit through to enter "the zone". No capships within it

small nfz, corvus station

various good ships for sale, various good weapons, some kind of good cargo to attract behemoths

this would give a good place for fighter to fighter duel combat with no capship interference which some players I have heard express a desire for, it would also give a place to attract traders to "risk it" to also appeal to the usual corvus types who like going after those kinds of players

Yea I agree, but I put that in there for political reasons to capture the hearts and minds of as many as possible
