In outer territory systems (the current unexplored territory and any future ones), at random 8-24 hour intervals, minor derelicts can spawn in empty sectors. These are comprised of a single or two small or medium capital ship derelicts surrounded by debris and a small group of (non-respawning) hive bots, such as a few devus enforcer drones, and nothing larger than a guardian. Sealed containers can be hidden among the debris or inside the derelict to make finding and clearing out these locations enticing to other pilots.
