Reduce Ultra fast charge cell requirements, most people dont rate mentors and yet alone this hurts people with timezones when the mass dont talk. jo talking means no one mentors means pointless to even try get to the requirements. 5 years and only 5 good mentor reviews..

This is Suggestions. What do you suggest the requirements should be?

Sometimes voys drop UCs, so Piracy can get net you lots of UCs without needing mentor points.

I know only one player with a large stock of UC which they got from another player who had the badge but no longer plays for about 5 years. They have probably been in an inventory for a decade being passed around a bit.

+1 to making it more attainable by more players. Sorry I don't have a decent replacement idea

This just seems a bit like the "got to have them all" situation though, why do you need access to UCs? I understand they provide a better capacity than fast charge, but wouldn't the HDPC or IHDPC improve on that further? What does the UC provide you cannot get elsewhere?

A fast charge is better for travel.
A IHDPC is better for everything else.

The fact that you can get them without much effort from NPC convoys is secondary really. If you want access to them just to have access to them, then go work out a way to do it. Plenty of people in the universe have never rated a mentor, make some friends, get them to make a new character and rate you - they wont be able to rate you more than once or with a high level char but everyone needs a new char right?

If you have a specific use case that only a UC can provide? Otherwise it is a big -1 from me.

Im meerly wanting to complete all the collectable items, however seeing how inactive people are then it kinda seem it will need adjusting. Anyhow i prefer UC for travel as it has a larger capacity bank then fc so its between speed and volley amount, which i like.
