TU mine should not require energy to deploy.
Per harpo's comment that there is no defense to PCBs, i propose that the TU mine require zero energy to deploy. TU's are already heavily limited (by cost to reload, even off of capital ships). Removing their energy requirement would bring them back into use as defensive option against pcbers.
I'd be down for diminishing the cost, but all together removing it is a hell no.

That makes sense. You're just dropping a mine. You're not energizing it. It's already a bomb.
There's only two of them. If you're pcb'd, you should be able to drop one or both TU's to escape. Making it a defensive weapon of the purest nature.

I've changed the TU energy requirements from 500 to 100. Should be in production now.
