Heavy Neutron Blaster
I like neutron blasters, but its sad not having a large port variant of it.
So there is my proposal:
Licenses: 5/5/4/-/- or higher
Badge: Hive Queen Hunter II or III
Damage: 700
Velocity: 205 m/s
Delay: 0.14
Energy: 16
Mass: 550 kg
Grid: 4
Range: 500 meters
Thats it. This isn't inherently op (maybe is), just slightly better than the megaposi (5000 dps instead of 4800). Also the badge requirement makes it somewhat harder to get. Stats can be balanced if ends up being broken. This wont would affect megaposis much because they are longer range a bit and has a higher velocity. Positrons usually have less DPS than neuts, so why couldn't that be the case here.

So my thought that this was already suggested is true. But anyway, why not have 3 of them.
Some suggestions get made over and over for a reason.

+1 to more weapons ! Large neut would be nice even if it has less DPS then megaposi. Maybe less DPS and more velocity? I'd even be happy with a copy of the small port.
Positrons have usually less dps than neuts. Like between the mk1posi and neut there is a huuuge dps gap, 3200 compared to 4200.
If the heavy neut would deal 800 dmg with same delay, thats 5333 dps.
Also
Dps usually only matters when you want to deal damage faster like against shields, and rarely in fighter to fighter combat, because not all shots hit the target. This just makes so we can fire faster but deal 400 less dmg than a megaposi. In damage still megaposis are winners. In dps neuts. I dont think 5333 dps is that broken, because you can deshield a goli with dual mposi and ihdpc anyway if I am right.
