Currently the base Gatling Cannon requires Heavy 5, but is basically useless compared to the plasdev 2.

I propose upping the shot speed to 200m/s and the damage per shot to 320 to make it a viable alternative to the plasdev 2 (and it might even make it an alternative to the gatling 2.)

We asked for this ages ago and got the Gatling HV.
