Conquerable Stations -- Permissions for Services

Allow the controlling interest in a conquerable station to dictate the level of access to station services through permissions.

Currently, conquerable stations allow docking permission and friendly IFF for station defenses. This does not give granular control over access to station services. It’s either all or nothing.

Examples of station services are the ability to repair/reload or manufacturing, but would also include any other services added at a later time.

My thoughts on implementation would vary by service and should have separate permission levels for each service.

Repair/Reload might be limited to Full Access, Partial Access, or No Access. Partial access might be taxed or incur a fee set by the controlling interest.

Manufacturing might be similarly limited to Full Access, Partial Access, or No Access. In this case partial access might limit the number of times you may manufacture an item. This could be a global limit on all items or a per-item limit.

This could allow the station’s controlling interest to have a greater influence over the market of manufactured items or limit the ability to use the station as a base of operations.

One example of how this might be represented is the UIT wanting to limit access to the Serco or Itani as a means to better position themselves as the preeminent broker of manufactured resources.
