Make "PLAYER_HIT" event also return charid of the person who got hit by my shot.

This way I can make a plugin that tells me who got hit by my shot, what's their nation etc.... (actually that's all I wanna know)

Helpful in places where there's possibility of friendly fire. I should know who I accidentally spanked.

Right now I can only get my own charid from this event. Not the person who got hit.

It would need to sometimes be a list.

It can be just single variables I don't think it needs to be a list but either way I want it....
