CSR Frequency
Posting this idea in a new thread since it's not directly related to the other CSR discussion about preventing multiple signups per week.
I have a better idea: make CSR much more frequent, and significantly lower the credit rewards. Many of us who participate aren't really trying to print credits, we're trying to get good times, and taking every opportunity to do so. If it happened much more often, there wouldn't be a need to specifically take every opportunity, so more people could have chances at winning.
I would suggest twice per day, at the current times to allow people in different time zones fair chances. At that rate, 1 mil for first place and like 200k for 2nd/3rd would be reasonable; it's less total prizes output over the week and clearly less opportunity for one player to game the system and get a ton of credits.
With the current schedule, it's especially frustrating to get bad luck on storms/jumps/player interference and have to wait an entire week for another chance.
Not running it if multiple players don't show up doesn't work, a player can just sign up an alt, and players should definitely still have a chance to set a good time even if nobody else is there. Credit rewards based on participants also encourages spamming alt signups. If my goal is just credits and nobody else is there, I can easily run several clients and just run the race on all of them simultaneously.
