Make the GBOD's cannons suck down some power so a single PCB can mitigate 90% of damage emitted by the main guns on the teradon, gives some versatility and opens up a new role in border skirms.

it's not trivial either since until the shields and turrets are down the teradon's got a dozen turrets shooting at you and the pcb's maximum range is roughly 300m.

So.. basically, you want PCBs to have greater impact on NPC Teradons and their "main guns"?
