Not the entering the hole graphics, but an actualy thingy inspace at the same location as the thing on your hud. i think that just having a little spot that says "Press active to jump" doesn't look right

Think of the wormholes in DeepSpace 9. You only see the wormhole when it opens. The HUD thingy is your navcomputer showing you where it is approximately.

Can our wormholes look like/similar to the ones in DS9? :P

actualy, i never watched DS9....

For people who've never seen the wormhole in DS9, here's a small video taken from the intro... you can see the USS Definat start to fly into it, and it opens. About 400k.
