perhaps a chat options window or area where we can set chat font size and colours for each chat mode? I find staring at the dark blue chat font of the channel chat quite eye straining after a while.

If nothing else we really need a seperate window for pirvate /msg's. It is way too easy to miss a /msg from someone because of all the other chatter in your chat window. If you are flying around in space and miss the instant someone sends you a /msg you may never notice it. A seperate window would probably solve this, or perhaps a toggle for some kind of audio alert for incoming /msg's?? just my 2 cents on the whole /msg issue...
