I myself like to stay in the [mission] tab when flying around in space.. It would be nice though to have the [general] tab flash green or something when someone says your name? I also keep the log turned off.. so i dont have to see people talk, so this is where the flashing tab would come in handy. hope this one makes in in the next patch :D

Also if this does make it .. it would be cool to have filters.. so it not only flashes on your name .. but if you tell it to, it will flash when a word is said.
