I AGREE WITH THE BOUNTY ON NEWB HUNTERS! Do you realize how hard it is to keep newbs coming back if they keep getting blown to hell and back for no reason other than I have a bigger gun than you? There should be MAJOR sactions on newb hunters. Even self respecting pirates should be ashamed of themselves!

Hmm, I'm having a slight issue after losing levels of heavy weapons due to the bloody bounty.

I got it after killing shape in Azek, where he was mercilessly tormenting people (*g*)... at which point I got a 300k+ bounty on me from the itani. yey.

This is a fair bit of inconsitency with what gives bounties and not, and it also seems that the cap to 1% still isn't implemented :-/
