Dead Dankman
WoW you are a crybaby and a liar!

Only reason why you got destroyed so much at station it's because your unskilled.

After i killed you once at station because you were after me (tried to kill me while i tried to dock) you took a EC 88 and waited around station entrance while you known i am using Chaos Swarm.

Between it's our Station convoy. We cannot tolerate Itanis there waiting our Convoy (CtC) to get attacked.

Now you come on board to whine and asking any fix?
trying to lure that game down?

Why you come on board and lie like this?

I finally challenged you because you whined so much
and kicked your ass easly in duel. (yeah you "and you friends" killed me 4 times in gank)
(why they heck people keep asking duel and whine if we do not accept?)

whats wrong with people?
Did you saw me whining because i got killed in game?
Did you saw me asking request to change the game just because i got killed?
I post only about Bugs or made suggestions to make that game better not like you.

You cannot die at station if you do not sit there waiting to be destroyed.

So many times Itanis tried to kill me at station when i tried to dock (repair ship).

Options

1) I leave this station and go to an other station
2) I try to dock in this station carefully
3) i try to destroy my enemies

Id just like to point out the amount of time it takes to die, re-enter station, leave and get far enough out to run is less than it takes for him to kill you, run from station bots, warp out, warp back in, turbo to station, kill, rinse, repeat. If he was right there everytime you were fiddlin around in the station long enough each time for him to get back.

why don't we have hitmen you can hire? Bots that you pay and they will kill a player for you if you can't. Those could go on top of the station ban for 5 mins or whatever (suggested, not implemented)

Danielky/Nya13> I'd seen Dank take out Nya a couple times on his own, so he really didn't need a "Hitman" (not that I'm condemning this idea, I'm sure newer players would love it while it'd give more experienced players another thing to contend with).

Nya13> While I'm no mod, guide, or dev, I feel a need to ask you to please keep your posts at least moderatly educated, without an insulted inserted every five words. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that this topic is not supposed to be about whether or not dankman is a "crybaby and a liar!" (that subject being one I have a strong opinion about, but please contact me ingame if you'd like to know it as I'd be a hypocrite to express it here), but more along the lines of "It is currently possible, not to mention easy, for one to continuously grief another when the grief-ee's homebase is known to the griefer"

I have a suggestion for Dank and all future victims of griefing. I myself have employed it many times, and it prevents me from getting worked up and doing something that I will regret later. The suggestion: dock and log off. If you can't dock, take the one-ship loss hit, and then stay in the dock. Once you're safely docked, don't say anything to the griefer, just leave. That's it. Log off without a word. Sure you might be called a "loser" or a "wimp" or any number of other names...but honestly. Who the hell cares what this griefer thinks? The answer, quite simply, is no one.

You also may be thinking to yourself that then, that way, you are admitting defeat and letting the griefer escape unpunished. Once again I ask: who the hell cares if you're "admitting defeat"? It's called passive resistance. Denying the griefer the opportunity he craves is likely to anger him more than you. Step away from the computer for 20 or 30 minutes, get a drink of water, read a magazine. Then come back on later. If the griefer then procedes to call you names and whatnot, expressing his frustration that you have foiled his attempts ultimately, you can then calmly (and you're calm now, remember? You unwinded with a drink of water and a bit away from the computer.) laugh at his obviously poor position in life and then happily continue on whatever it is you like.

In short: nobody cares what griefers say or think. If they are so bitter and insecure in life that they need to do this to comfort themselves, that's their problem and they shouldn't be taking it out on other people.

I've found that Cactus' suggestion works a disturbingly large amount of the time. Plus, you get some good reading in.

Smittens : where do you see Griefing?
the trust is the trust : he lied
no reason to post a lie on suggestion board coz i owned him at station.

1) Just because he come on board and posted a lie "OMG I v got griefed" and everybody believe him?

I think i should sit at Wh and wait until people kill me several time and i will come on board and whine about griefing too.

PS : Dank never killed me 1 vs 1. believe it or not. i do not care.

Do not whine if you are unskilled in PvP. Stay in you minotored Space (Itani)or you better to do trade.

ayn if you do not care... you don't have to post. That goes for everyone.
But... even if dank DID lie... you still could kill many people within the no-fire zone over and over and not get any standing hit (if the player is not admired). I do think that is a problem. I mean, if someone is outside your house blowing up stuff and you warn them over and over, don't you want to kill them sometimes? There should be exceptions to this rule too though (if the other player attacked first, or fired in the no-fire zone as well, then that should not count as much as just killing).
And remember... the station (inside) is always safe!

PLEASE keep your posts civil.

What we have here is an excellent example of why one should not post when one is frustrated. If the point is "Hey, I was just blown up a bunch of times by somebody who was able to circumvent the station defenses - I think it could be fixed by ______", then just say that. The naming of names and emotionality just clouds the issue and ultimately the whole thing just deteriorates.

As for the defense bots, all I can say is that after reading hundreds of bot resumes all printed out on dot-matrix printers, "Alzheimer's Support Group" sounded an awful lot like a kick-ass strike force. I mean, that guy Al Zheimer is still around, right?

Anyway, I think the point has been made.
