Radar/dots color representation

Jan 16, 2005 Massai link
Maybe it would be easier if each nation had a permenant color representation on the radar dots. Serco-red, Itani-blue,UIT-gold, bots-green(just an example, could assign any color).
These dots would show up all the time,as long as they are within radar range. Just use an assigned key stroke/button to cycle thru them to find out who they are and if hostile or friendly.
When you click on an individual dot (pilot) the info could come up showing his nation, ship, ship condition, bounty info,or if hes hostile and even if hes involved in CtC (if he joined to be involved in CtC).
It could also lead to a reason to make new , more powerful radars, to show a broader area. So instead of jumping into a sector and hitting the keystroke that show who is in that sector even though they dont show on your radar, it would make game play more interesting. Maybe the largest radars could only fit the mining/trade type ships.
Anyway even without the larger radar, I think it would be nice to have a pemanent representation of the factions and bots by color and color not change because of faction standings.
The standing could be shown when a target is clicked on.
Thanks
