unstable FPS :( need advice

I have IntelCore2Duo E8500 @3.16Gz Windows 7, 6GB Ram, Geforce 9600GT 1GB memory. Can't understand, sometimes i have fps drop till 7.8 even in station and in log in screen when i try to relog.. and if i fly couple of sectors usually it get back to normal. (normally it writes 58-60 fps). I have 1280x1024 in the game. Is it my video card lagging or VO? And how to make settings screenshot?

Well looking at the errors. It seems that there are some plug ins that could not be loaded... so I'd say try unloading your plug ins to see if this alleviates the problem?

Else I'd recommend 1) Turn down the resolution some to see if this fixes it, or 2) Update your drivers to the latest to see if this resolves the issue. Though I *am* curious, how are you seeing the fps? I started playing a few days ago myself. :>

I'd recommend switching to DirectX mode in Options->Video Drivers->Change Drivers.

Also, try disabling all plugins because they may cause intermittent framerate drops if they take a long time to do their thing.
