Ever since I got this error....I dont hear the music anymore. Plus it crashes the game. I have Windows 7 =)

Just confirming I get this error as well on load, and it is an immediate crash, before I get to the login screen.
Same here. Windows stops responding, also have windows 7. Tried running it in compatability mode and i just get a black screen. This is the first time i've tried to play the game and it's not looking good so far :(
A fix please? or please the money back for the time i could not play this game.....
