i just downloaded the pc version after a while of playing it on mobile. every time i try to run it, it says a fatal error has occured after i click "play vendetta" on the updater. suggestions?

What version of Windows and what video card do you have?
We just updating the game to use DirectX 11 for initial installs on PC, and it looks like it is not working for you.

Please open a support ticket and insert the info (or email it directly to support@guildsoftware.com) from your errors.log, config.ini, directx11.log and any other log files located in your Vendetta Online folder where VO is installed to.

I already sent one in, and I use windows 7. I'm not sure what card I have, but it can play several other games, so I don't think the card is the problem.
