So my issues are that the game crashes during the loading screen when a character is selected. Crashes about two out of three times. It also crashes every time on log out. It is a windows ten os on an hp laptop and the machine and os are only a year old. My current install of the game is about four months old and I run a very limited suite of plug ins. It just started doing this after the last update.

been having the same but a few times, sometimes when i change char it crashes me or right before i pick a char when i first start up

Game crashes for me the first time I try to login for the day, but the second time it always works... Very odd.

It had stopped doing it for a while, but now its doing it again, and like scared star said it crashes when I switch toons.

Generally, if you're experiencing crashes, we suggest that people start by disabling/removing all plugins, before running the game. That at least eliminates the possibility of a plugin issue.

If the crashes continue, posting to Bugs is probably for the best, with a lot of information about your system.

I have the issue of crash on logout after the last update, I submitted a bug report. It's not really an issue, as I am done playing anyway when I log.
