After installing the new Vulkan update I got an error message that said that vulkan-1.dll was not found.
I could press on "OK" and the game started but crashed after loading for a bit.

My PC:
Windows Vista Home Premium
Intel i2 Dual Core 1.80 GHz
1.5 GB RAM
32 Bit
NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS

This was patched pretty quickly over the weekend,. But for future reference, major crashes like this you'd want to post this on Bugs, not on Windows.
