background bug

I changed the background skybox to a set of 6 tristrips instead of 6 trifans. It seems that your hardware doesn't like that.
What video card?

also, the triangles seem to get mixed up, one spot having say a red cloud and right next to it one other full of stars. dont have a pic of that unfortunatly.

I have the same problem and i'm on a rage 128 pro mobility. As well i noticed that shaders are disabled and I can't enable them. Is that a problem?

Your card does not support shaders.

OK, I think I found the problem.
You need to turn off compiled vertex arrays.
Edit your config.ini file (located inside your Vendetta bundle) and look for the do_compiledvertexarrays=1 and change it to 0.
That should fix the problem.

I need a list of what OS version and video card you have so I can try to see if there is any way to autodetect the problem.

I have the same problem. Turning off do_compiledvertexarrays fixed it (and general graphics are faster, too, fyi).
