I seem to be having an issue with the Vendetta program crashing right after I create my character. It takes me back to my desktop but at a completely unusable low resolution. My only solution is to hard reboot. Not good.

I'm running:

Ubuntu 10.04 32 bit version
AMD 64 3500+
ATI Xpress200
4 GB RAM
Open Source video drivers

If a game does that and you somehow can't reach the resolution settings anymore you can usually reset your resolution by running "xrandr -s 0" through a terminal or the alt-f2 thingy.

Switching to window mode would stop the game from changing the resolution. Try fiddling with the games video options to get around the crash. Setting "Shader capability" and "Texture Compression" to off might help.
