Just thought I'd post a fix I found here. I have the MS Sculpt ergonomic KB / mouse combo. For some reason VO sees the receiver it uses as having joystick inputs. I can't figure out what they are bound to, but something is creating inputs that makes piloting in VO impossible. It's like strafing and reverse thrust are stuck on. However, by setting all the joystick inputs to "none" within VO I was able to quiet those spurious inputs and can play normally with my mouse and KB.

Is this a laptop?
