Black screen bug on Quest.
We're aware of the recent black-screen issues experienced by some Oculus Quest players, apparently due to last week's update (which, for the record, had tested fine internally in pre-release Q/A).
We tried to ship a "hotfix" for it yesterday and basically revert to an earlier version. This did not work, for some reason which is still unclear.
We have internally reproduced the problem and we expect to ship a fix tomorrow (Monday). Apologies for the outage in the meantime.
For the latest updates, please see the Bugs Forum thread linked above.

This issue has been resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I'm one of the affected users who reported this problem. I tried everything, even resetting the meta quests. Ultimately, I had to request a refund, and due to fees and taxes, I've lost money. I think it would be fair to offer a discount to those affected so we can repurchase without fear of losing money.

We have really limited options for what Meta will allow us to do within the framework of their store. For example, we cannot administratively offer refunds of any kind, only they're allowed to do it (for their time limit, and however they prefer). This differs from most other app-stores and billing systems, where we have some kind of control. While there are some provisions for generalized "sales" and such on the store, doing "discounts" is not trivial.
What I can do pretty easily is anything related to our own internal systems that have nothing to do with Meta. So, I've given you a few months of "Lite" subscription access, for free. I think the value here works out to about a 24% refund of your initial cost? I hope this is helpful?
