Under billing options there is a PAYBYCASH option.. How does this work? How exactly do you go about using this method?

Right in the description of that option: PayByCash

That is just things for the merchant not the consumer

I don't want to come too far out of left field, but maybe you should ask PayByCash how their system works? Or visit the PayByCash someone just linked for your too-lazy-to-Google ass, and click on the Payment Methods link on their homepage?

Before you go all bad ass on me again Dr. Lecter, I'd like to inform you that I've already done your suggestions. Those payment methods are systems designed for merchants ie.) Vendetta-online. So Dr. is it too much to ask them how to go about using the system they set up?

Yeah, their website isn't particularly useful. It looks like they got bought out and are redirecting parts of their site to other things now.

What makes you think VO set it up just because it's an option? Would you ask them how to get a Visa card because they take plastic?

Here's a hint, champ: if you can't figure out how the HELL an online payment processor even works, maybe you don't want to give them any financial information.

First off if you looked at this method you would realize it's not as straight forward as the other methods but, okay Doctor I get it. Your life is so boring you go to games forums of which you don't even play to get some sort of thrill by talking shit to people asking questions. That's cool.

Now if any one knows how this method works or if it still does I would really appreciate your insight.

Honestly, we can't tell you that much. PayByCash historically allowed you to use a wide variety of different payment systems.. a couple of hundred at one point, including methods like cellphones and bank transfers and so on. They were particularly useful for handling international transactions in more localized payment systems. They had their own interface, customer service, etc, just like PayPal or anyone else. We just implemented their API, we didn't design anything.

But, now that they've been through several buyouts, I don't have much recent information on them. This link is what's reminiscent of the old site, in terms of some of the forms of payment they would accept.

Yeah I looked at that link and seeing the Amazon Payments thing is what intrigued me because I often have money in my Amazon Payments account /gift cards. But I couldn't find any way to link the two which is why I posted this topic. It seems like you have to go through a party or two before linking up with,'Play Span'. There was one called I think Ultimate Gaming Card or something
(Which is discontinuing) which was pretty much those types of cards you would buy at gamestop and other stores like that. They used to have vendetta-online cards as far as I can tell but they no longer offer them. So as far as I can tell this method of payment doesn't even work anymore?

I honestly don't know. We did support Ultimate Game Cards as part of PayByCash. We do also support Zeevex cards (which I think are still a.. thing) and can be bought at retailers.

We also have an Amazon AppStore version of the game, which has In App Purchase. I don't know what the situation is with Amazon Payments and/or Gift Cards, but there is some possibility that you might be able to use the Amazon AppStore version (installed on any Android device, either a Kindle Fire type via the native store, or installing Amazon's free store app on a non-Amazon device), to get account time via Amazon Payments or something.

I don't really know. We support as many systems as we reasonably can, but they fluctuate and change and we can't keep up with what happens. For instance, people yelled at us on the Android Play Store reviews about how awful it was that we won't accept Play Store Gift Cards for subscriptions.. but that isn't our fault, Google doesn't allow it internally. They changed that at some point, and we never knew. That kind of thing happens a lot.

I understand. I am in no way complaining. I'm just trying to figure out the options. I've been having problems with the Amazon app store on my Kindle Fire in regards to its payment methods which I've submitted a ticket about. I do know Zeevex still works..I think the Game Stop near me sells those, but I was just trying to find out how this paybycash thing works or if it even still works. I think it may be worth looking into for you guys because if that method no longer works then it probably shouldn't be listed in the billing options.

I've used both the PayByCash and the Game cards along time ago and both worked ok. I used to pick up the Game cards at our local Blockbusters, which is now closed. PayByCash did charge a fee, which I *think* was around $3.00 for a $10 dollar sub. (it's been along time since I've used either)

Paybycash doesn't work. Just tried to order a month with them and this is all you get https://www.paybycash.com/order/invalidorder.php

Yeah that's what I got too. Thought maybe I was doing something wrong.

We disabled the PayByCash option. Apparently PlaySpan, the owners of PayByCash had retired the PayByCash platform on July 31, 2014 without notifying us or we missed the warning.
PayByCash is replaced with UltimatePay so if/when we implement that, it will become a valid option again.

I would recommend you open a CapitalOne360 online bank account

You can indeed get $50 bonus for opening an account and if you actually need a bank location for depositing cash then open a CapitalOne Bank account as well so you can deposit cash to CapitalOne Bank and then transfer cash directly to your 360 account.

Just FYI you can refer others to CapitalOne360 and get $20 for referals. You could technically fund your Vendetta play time with referals only if you wanted to.

CapitalOne360 also offers additional bonuses for savings, and investment accounts. Person to person transfers are also FREE.

Just FYI

Too bad Vendetta doesn't make use of the CapitalOne360 referal bonuses and the P2P FREE transfers as well. This could provide incentives for new players. Where the new VO users who opens a CapitalOne360 account gets $50 and Vendetta get $20. Vendetta could in turn offer this as incentive of some sort. Perhaps 30-60 days bonus key access for opening a new CapitalOne360 account and installing VO. I guess they could even offer this bonuse time to the vets as well.

Keeping in mind it's not just a free offer Vendetta gets paid for doing it by way of $20 referral bonus so technically they are getting paid for the extra game time if indeed they incentivized it that way.

Could be a nice promotional.

Just FYI

Well Good Luck with everything.

You know what else can fund a Vendetta Online subscription, Captain86?

Prostitution.

With Prostitution, you can have sex and get paid at the same time. Prostitution is a tradition with a rich and ancient heritage, and Prostitution does not involve fattening the wallets of large and corrupt corporations. Prostitution is an intensely personal activity with no shareholders meddling in your business. Now, you may have heard that there are certain legal hurdles with Prostitution in some jurisdictions, but those laws are unjust and should be opposed. After all, it is legal to have sex with a stranger, and it is legal to give a stranger a gift, so why should it be illegal to do both at the same time? Two rights don't make a wrong. Stand up for your right to sell your body for your video gaming pleasure today with Prostitution. Because you're worth it.
