...has been postponed due to reasons I cannot discuss. It WILL happen, just a bit later or earlier, not very good with timezones. Also, please do not use swarms/mines. Ok, that's it. Thanks much and enjoy!

Give us a time to change it to, or it won't change. It's kinda out of your solitary hands now, with people having changed schedules to accomodate it, etc. Given that you aren't even planning to participate, your unilateral command doesn't carry much weight.

Can anyone fit in at 22:00GMT? Or 21:30GMT? And I changed my mind, I will participate.

Seems massively inconvenient for U.S.-based folks.

So... barring any more suggestions, the war's still on for 4:00 P.M. EST, right?

Quiveri seems to have thrown a wrench in the works and then gone off for a walk or something. Thus, I suggest we change nothing, and return to our previously agreed schedule.

4:00 PM in sector 13. Should be fun.

Indeed. :D

Can we still use any ship/weapon?

You still owe me 50k!

Okay, considering this fact in stride (I am probably not participating) here:

1) 2200 hours GMT is extremely incovientent for the majority of US players

2) 4:00 pm EST is more acceptable as it places us anywhere from noon-1600 hours US timezones

3) Currently, apparently the rules state no Swarms or Mines, everything else is go for launch at the enemy

And as a sidenote, please dont attempt caps of Serco during your battle in s13, I really dont want an innocent sporting event that I will work to see turn into a slugfest of militaristic forces from the 3 nations that will be represented

How about the devs just turn off the defbots and let us all have at each other's flags one last time?
Apr 24, 2004 Archon link
Why the heck do you want to start the battle later!? The Battle will last for ages, damnit! Give us lads in Europe a chance, too, eh! If the game is to be set at 2200 GMT, I know of at least 8 people that will not be able to come.

EDIT; Aaaah, good. Yes, I agree with ctishman and Pyroman. Let us not change the starting date. I shall be there 20 GMT. >:]

Alright, fine. We change nothing.

as far as im concerened either use anyweapons you want or use say only energy weapons.

Aye, quiveri, if the queen had a cold, Euro '96 wouldn't be postponed. I am actually a little disappointed that you'd organise something like this and then move it to fit your own personal schedule rather than that of the bulk of the combatants.

No SWARMS?! NOOO!!!

It would be nice if the devs took out the uber def bots and replaced them with the ones in 3.2 :)

Then you can actually have some team work.
Apr 24, 2004 Blitz link
3.2? I'd prefer 3.1's.
"Hard as a rock" or "Thick as a brick". Choose yourself.

How about "smart as a 2 by 4"
