OK , my 2c/ suggestions are this: go look up on Google Oolite, then go to Oosat 2.......since this game is free, and none of the ideas for the ships are copyrighted i beleive, you can possibly pick up some new ship ideas....cuz frankly eaither we need to revamp the ships, or add some new ones cuz it gets stale pretty fast....my other suggestion would be to also have stations change hands......make Border Skirmish actually have impact, or have certain guilds control certain stations...also allow the stations to maybe have defensive turrets, depending on how good their tech level (i.e. how good are the weps they sell)is. It would make the game a little more realistic, and make being in a guild / faction a little more interesting, but also witht he station idea....make sure that its not to flawed, so that like for instance, a bunch of high level guys come in and jsut swamp every serco station, and take them all.....allow the stations to call reinforcements, or at least put up a very strong defense ....make people WORK for that station

Lots of new ships coming down the pike.

Ok, so I downloaded and played Oolite, (because I'm that bored, and hey, free game....), and with all due respect to Gore_Leech, those ship designes suck. Luis is awesome at ship design, and the direction these ships are taking is a good one. Variation is coming, I believe, and these ships are so cool to look at it's almost a shame to blow them up. Wait, no it's not, it's fun to blow them up, because the explosions look cool, too.
