I have been thinking about that why we dont have a large port neutron blaster, similarly how we have the megapositron.

Dont want to be very specific, but it could be like a large port mk2 neutron, with like 800 damage and a biit more energy usage

I am not sure about the badge, but could be the same what gives the megapositron (10 queen kills) giving a pair of weapons instead of one, or maybe 25 queen kills

Buff the damage to 1050, and there's no need to increase energy usage. It the ratio of megapositron to positron across stats would be same as meganeutron to Neutron.
