TGFT and EnB will again be hosting The Deneb Run this weekend at 1 AM GMT Sunday. Please check /time if you are confused about GMT.

Due to last week's success in attracting a large diversity of pilots, I will be continuing the No Valks rule this week. Also, if the CLM Last Man Standing competition runs past 12:30 GMT due to needing to kill a Leviathan first, I'm willing to delay the start of The Deneb Run by up to 60 minutes.

All citizens are welcome to race, there is no entrance fee, and 4 Million credits in prizes are available. Some of it could be yours, but only if you race!

Once again, the rules are:

1) Racers must race from Odia M14 through Deneb heading clockwise back to Odia M14.
2) Race starts in Odia M14 near the station.
3) Contestants must be within 100m of me before the start
4) No shooting before I start the race.
5) You die and you're out (so no /exploding)
6) All weapons and ships allowed.
7) First person to get back and dock at Odia M14 wins the first prize. (2 million credits)
8) Second person back gets 2nd place prize (1.2 million credits)
9) Third person back gets 3rd place prize (800k credits)
10) No Valkyries allowed.

Obviously, a Fast Charge battery and decent ship is recommended.

Screwball, the Makchuga's Halloween Bash is scheduled for 2AM GMT. We'd rather you *didn't* wait an extra hour, as it requires those of us on the east coast to stay up even later than we would have to.

Nah, just evidence more of you people are ingame at that time. Were this to happen at 8:00 AM my time (noon GMT, I think) CLM would win it, should they choose to participate, simply because most of them are on at that time.

It's all about the STORMS. Plot around the storms and you'll be under 30 min guaranteed...

Yeah, my problem was that I hit every storm between Odia and Deneb. Otherwise I probably would have placed third with a little luck.
