Over the course of the last few days, upon entering or traveling through Sedina B8, I have been interrogated and assulted by two entites refering to themselves as "Border Guardian xxxx" of the UIT faction.
These entities first attacked my ship when I was performing a escort service for a convoy and had clearly stated that my intentions were non-hostile provided they let the convoy pass. They did let the convoy pass....I was their target. After a intense battle, waiting until I was sure the convoy was clear, I barely escaped intact enough to dock at a nearby station.
On another occassion, simply passing through B8 was enough provocation to start a chase. I was forced to break my flight-plan, bouncing through several sectors of Sedina until I was sure I had evaded the aggressors.
There have been other non-provoked attacks and harassment by these entities....not only against myself but others I have communicated with
As of late, my flight time was peaceful. Yes, on occasion, I have participated in duels and matches in Sedina B8 with -consenting- opponents. I have also flown as escort for faction convoys and as a assault group against other convoys...battle often occurs and is expected by all engaged. Other than these, my attacks on other ships have been nil.
As of this moment, I am suspending all my usual activities. I am now stating my intent to make all UIT faction ships my targets, irregardless of ship type, license level, location or defense ability. Inasmuch I am declaring my intent to be a predator, I shall hunt as a predator...the weak and defenseless shall be my primary targets.
My Operational tactics:
1)Every target will be issued a brief communication prior to my attack, stating that they should contact their UIT officials and that my attack is in response to the UIT entities known as the "Border Guardians".
2) All cargo, scrapmetal...anything left over after the destruction of UIT ships will be left floating in space. It is not my intention to "pirate" ships nor to gain financially from the spilled blood of the unfortunate and innocent.
My demands are simple:
1) The UIT entities known as "Border Guardian xxxx" shall henceforth cease operations in Sedina B8. IF these entities wish to provide escort services -through- the sector, I will find this acceptable. Clearing the whole sector is not....
2) If this is a UIT sanctitioned operation, financial assistance and compensation will be provided by the UIT faction to all family's/owners of ships that I am forced to destroy.
3) A written and posted document stating the withdrawal of these UIT entities will appear following this document. The document should also contain a apology to the UIT people for endangering their peacefull existance and livelihood.
To the entities "Border Guardians xxxx".
The choice is now yours, can you guard all of UIT space? The above listed demands will be met or soon the blood of the very people you seek to protect will be on your hands. My deadline for your complience is set to the old Earth calander date of 4/7 at midnight PST. Failure to comply prior to this deadline will ensure action on my part. Once the dealine has passed without action on your part, I will commence my operation until my demands have been met in full.
There will be -no- further communication or negotiations on my part in regard to this matter. Any posted documents that claim to have originated from myself are to be considered forged and void.
As a precautionary step I have taken care to post this document using a alias....if my demands are not met you will know my identity soon enough.......

It is the intention of the Border Patrol to ensure the safety of traders and merchants passing through UIT space and the "unclaimed" territory surrounding it. It is not our intention to randomly "interrogate and assault" pilots who do not attack us or traders; however, it is part of our mandate to mercilessly pursue and eliminate anyone who attacks us, or any merchant vessel.
If you have been wrongly identified as a "pirate," please discuss the issue with one of our representatives. The entire situation may have merely arisen from a simple misunderstanding... surely you do not wish that it should result in unneeded loss of life?

The Border Patrol ##### guys have also harassed me I was helping a poor NPC trader get is cargo home when outta no where they came up and tried to kill me. I want the UIT government to pay for the new paint job I had to get after that. It's just wrong that they go around attacking poor guys like me.

Hehe, well that may play a small role in why they like to hurt me... You know what would be cool if they were all bots. Though I guess there is no way that would be true it would be vary cool if the devs could make some thing like them.

Perhaps you should call the "UIT Border Patrol" "terrorists" and all other UIT "hostages", that would make a clearer message and everyone would get the point. I understand why you are using an alias.

Border Guardians, get rid of the UIT bit, or you're gonna unleash hell on your fellow territorials. If you're trying to out-viper the vipers, good luck. But if you're just looking for pvp fun, then squad up and clear out B8 in your own name, not in that of the UIT. And for crying out loud, don't try and perch on the moral high ground, there's a pile of bones there- and a small dog-tag with "DS4" on it.

Don't be talking no stuff about DS4. He was a well-respected member of the community. And he certainly wasn't UIT.
The worst has happened.
While the resolve of the UIT Border Patrol has not wavered despite the threats of pirates and criminals, it seems that the Union does not feel the same way.
We have been exiled to the Unclaimed territories. Our funding has been cut, our reinforcements dismissed, our mandate revoked.
We will not allow this battle to go to the pirates... mandate or no, funding or no, reinforcements or no, approval or no, we will continue to defend the interests of the Union of Independent Territories and galactic commerce to the best of our abilities.
We can only hope is that the Union will see the error of their ways and welcome us back into their fold.

Unit HA-7331x of the former UIT Border Patrol vouches for the accuracy of the chatlog in question. I, the Border Patrol Dispatcher, vouch that the terms outlined by Unit HA-7331x in the chatlog match the policies of the former UIT Border Patrol.
