I believe the problem is online education is not conducted in the correct manner. Internet vertarins have already built up troll proof armour from years of flamin' and getting flamed, however the hugbox generation lack this. Mainly because they seek online hugs, when they should be able to just shrug.
I also believe us veterans have a duty to demonstrate this to the umm... More sensitive (****) by inwards trolling and banter.
Also self preservation is needed...
