And the UIT win again. Prize moneys doubled next week for serco and itani if they defeat the loss-less UIT. Thats right, 8 million credits.

UIT didn't just win, we PWNED! We only lost 2 pilots.

UIT also had more pilots than Serco & Itani combined.

Perhaps a new strategy is necesssary for next week...

This event is canceled indefinitely due to lack of participation of the Serco and Itani and lack of funds on my side.

Perhaps this could just be a tournament of teams, instead of a national war event, since the population is obviously not in favor of serco or itani. I know it's not what it originally was but maybe it would be more fun? Talk to the devs too, see if they will front some prize money, or instead of paying out of pocket so to speak, make all the participents /givemoney to a judge and then the winners take a 90% cut of the entry fees and a bit goes to the judges? Having to pay to participate makes those that participate more involved.

Nation on Nation crime is not permitted. It would be neat to be able to suspend standing limitations. IE for a war event, switch off a good standing UIT's inability to damage another UIT.

Once I get the funds, I will restart this event, since the Corporate Sectors Run was just a knockoff of the Deneb Run and the Hive Battle idea depends on the Deliverator, which doesn't deliver as much as one would think. I need rule change ideas.

Have the UIT use stock Marauders with sparrow phasers, Itani stock valks without guns, and the Serco 100% stock buses. That oughta make for an equal fight, specially if Niki fights.

Well the population seems to be getting better lately, lots more serco, and there has always been enough itani and uit around. Perhaps this will be more viable now. Just make sure to do it on a day and time when it's more likely to have a mixed group onlline. Weekends come to mind. I think the rules were fine, three refs, three teams. Once dead you can't return. All worked fine last time we did this. Have entry fees and you don't have to make as much money for the event MoldyMan. Say 50K per participant. Lightens the load on you for prize money.

Well, the Deneb Run being late Saturday night for us North/South American folks, perhaps sometime during the day on Saturday or Sunday?

It'll happen at random times throughout the next two weeks. i want people who will bend, break and think about the rules, mae suggestions, etc. basically, you need to be able to break rules and suggest ways to stop that from happening during an event.
