Yeah, there were sort of. Here's my preliminary rule on them:
People hated by their own nation can join the event. However, they must join one of the two other teams and the team of that nation must see you as friendly, ie green. This is just to help prevent FF incidents.
Contestants of each team are announced before the event begins, so everyone knows who to go after and who not to.

Change "No Seekers" to "No Swarm Missiles (Locust or Chaos)"
By all means, if you can use gems, yellow jackets and stingrays well, do so. I find that they all either A) Cant hit but do decent to great damage when they do hit or B) Can hit 90+% of the time but dont do much when they hit
