The leadership of BDC stood behind my actions except for the collateral damage aspect. When they apologized for the collateral damage, I left the guild as I could not guarantee that further collateral damage would not occur.
As a side note, I believe that an apology for the collateral damage should have come from the target pilot since he ran through the racers while under fire instead of standing his ground and fighting back. Of course such cowardice and lack of concern for the safety of others is to be expected from Itani sympathizers.
The Itani, both those that are Arkanese and those that shelter them and all those who give aid and succor to Itani, are enemies of Serco. Do you forget the Black Fleets that slaughtered our innocents only a few short years ago? It sounds as if you are cut from the same cloth as the despicable turncoat Mecha. If so, BDC and all Serco is better off without you.
Grow some stones and a bit of backbone, perhaps then an understanding of true honor will come to you.

I think you're missing an important point, Demonor, and that is that SCAR, at least the one that counted (certainly not Mike-L's) was a no-excuses, no-holds-barred Serco Guild. Honor was for the whiners; they went in and did what they had to do in the most efficient and/or brutal way possible, regardless of what anyone else thought of them. They thrived in their lawlessness. Nowadays I cringe whenever I hear BUNNY (who's seldom on) being POLITE of all things.
So Mike-L's complaints do have some merit because his was the boring, lawful, Lecter-less SCAR that became a joke shortly before it disbanded.
And the BDC pretends to be, too, a Guild of "honor" that only attacks the enemy of the Serco; but they seem to be doing so by declaring everybody else as enemies of the Serco. Which is lame, since the real SCAR never needed nor bothered with such distinctions, if they wanted you dead they killed you and that was that. So BDC is just looking for pretexts to hide their pathetic piratical nature under the veneer of "nation" and "honor".

While I'm a noob in Vendetta, I'm anything but a noob at role playing games and in over thirty years of role playing and dm/gm'ing, I've seldom seen such an inconsistent attempt as that exhibited by jex/Joyce both here and ingame. Nearly as inconsistent as the 'logic' espoused by that person. If I were refereeing I'd have to cry FOUL!
To be fair, there are quite a few MMORPG players both here and elsewhere who have a poor understanding of RP but geesh!
First off, *please* make it clear as to which persona you are posting under in your RP forum posts. Otherwise it's impossible to determine since they all sound the same and expouse the same beliefs (I think - kinda hard to determine with all the internal inconsistencies).
Second, *please* try to stay somewhat within the bounds of the backstory. Granted, it is necessary to invent some fiction to do so but it *is* possible.
Third, *please* confine your assertions of fact to that of your character or your character's personal observations. Statements which assert the motives of third parties directly and not via external inspection are attempts to control the RP of the party in question.

Joyce seems to specialize in slander, libel, distortions, etc. Fortunately since he has been exposed as an enemy of Serco, it is much easier to see where all of these attacks against the supporters and soldiers of Serco originate - straight from the Itani capital if not the Arkanese commander. A classic giveaway is the perverted misunderstanding of honor, the Itani never have been able to truly grasp the concept. Let all Serco be warned, Joyce is a mouthpiece of Arkan. KOS is the order of the day.

Amamarth: also propaganda is a form of warfare all its own, one that your guild's leader has exercised quite frequently against BDC and Serco in general. Examples are far too numerous to post here, review your guild's own channel 100 logs and I'm sure you'll find plenty of instances.
Such propaganda undermines morale and works against diplomatic efforts on every front, in the end the Pen is mightier than the Sword and causes far more casualites. Please reference earlier "Freedom of Speech" portions of this thread for examples.
I'd suggest you consult with your leaders on possible remedies and when you find that useless, consider joining a more neutral and less outspoken guild. Insulting a Serco Warrior is sufficient grounds for immediate assault and not a thing to be done lightly.
