Many pilots are aware of the existence of the Investors Trading Guild, [ITG] for short. The following is both Public Service Announcement and Final Notice to [ITG].

Approximately two months ago, upon hearing of favorable results for investors with [ITG] and being made aware of [ITG]'s positive relationship with my own guild, [ITAN], I contacted [ITG] member Cranston Gorky about my investing.

Gorky informed me that for my investment, up to 10,000,000 credits, I would receive a 100% return in 3 weeks time. I agreed to put up the maximum amount, and Gorky assured me that his commander would be notified and 20,000,000 credits paid to me at the correct time. I paid the full balance of my investment, totaling 10,000,000 credits, to Gorky at that time.

Recently, I finally got tired of trying to catch an [ITG] member on the comm nets and posted notice to Silent~Wave, commander of [ITG], that my account was long past due and payable. I want to caution any pilot against investing any sum with [ITG].

I want to further issue one final demand for payment to [ITG]:

Get your records straight and pay me in the next 12 hours, or I will take the necessary steps to initiate collection procedures against your guild for a legal debt that is currently due in the amount of 20,000,000 credits. Furthermore, in the event that I must resort to collections methods beyond demand, I will hold any and all [ITG] members personally liable for payment up to the full amount of the debt plus any amounts spent in order to secure its collection. [ITG] itself will sort out contribution among its own members as it sees fit; any excess collected above 20,000,000 credits plus reasonable costs of collection will be remitted to any [ITG] member I can find to receive the excess.

I consider [ITG] a partnership, Tosh: its members are each personally liable for the full amount of the guild's debts.

I'm letting [ITAN] take a crack at diplomatic resolution of this (and taking care of that IRL thing that is bar study today)... but come Monday [ITG] either pays me or--with or without my [ITAN] letters of marque and reprisal--I'm taking my 20,000,000 from any and all pilots on the [ITG] roster as of now.

I invested 10 million with ITG, received my 10 million profit and reinvested the initial 10 million. 3 weeks later I was given 20 million credits to complete my investment. In total, I was returned 30 million credits, 20 million of which were profit.

The ITG dealt with me honorably.

Hrm, I had not heard of any investment that [ITAN] officially made with [ITG], sounds like they are not real honorable about their dealings, though. This is a deal between Trakus Shar personally and the [ITG] guild. However, we'll stand behind our guildmember in this request.

I won't support any piracy, although I do support Trakus Shar in... alternative methods... of collection.

Do the right thing, Silent~Wave!

New things have arisen, and now it is a matter between Itan and ITG, as we are backing Trakus (iry and I have discussed this). Hopefully blood will not have to be spilled.

Consumer Protection Update

Proof positive has been recovered by third parties from [ITG]'s comm network of the transaction. The evidence also indicates [ITG]'s assumption of an obligation to pay 100% interest upon 3 weeks lapse:

Unless and until [ITG] owns up to its obligations and pays all amounts due, NO pilot should risk their capital with these jokers. I hereby downgrade [ITG]'s investment rating to "Serco Junk Bond" status!

I like Passion's Price invested 10 million with ITG. I got my 20 million back and reinvested 10 million of it. Its been about 4 weeks and i got back 10 mil last week. At first Silent~Wave didn't want to honor our agreement because he said the investment rules have changed. Now its 100k per share and you get paid "weekly". Silent~Wave did promise to give me the 10 mil he owes me when he could. I, like Trakus, will not wait forever for my return investment. But i think we all should give him and his guild a few weeks to sort it out.

Concidering ITG is currently only a literal handful of people, I think a little slack might be in order, perhaps?

I wouldn't try to get your money back, Mr. Shar. The Union has very strict rules about investment fraud, and if you bring this to court, it is likely that the defending party will be fined so heavily that they will have nothing left to give you.
