Since the most vocal members of CHRN have been adamant in their protests that all of the traders are hiding safely behind the turrets of Dau, The Fluffy has returned and is actively trading in all space, but concentrating in Grey.

Total losses: 1,250,000cr douche payment XD

note4: In response to Shape, this is not an assault on piracy in VO. I fully support piracy and understand its frustrations. It is an assault on a specific guild who's leadership made specific claims that I have set out to challenge. Its role play people! I shouldn't have to point that out on the role playing forum.

So laughable was the defense of Grey that The Fluffy smugly flew an XC most of the night.

It's true. CHRN is terrible at this game.
Also, I think you misinterpreted what we said when we suggested that the game would be more fun if there were disincentives for being in nationspace and incentives for being in Grey.
Still, if you can con people into Grey by making them think they have something to prove, you will have my respect.

While I agree CHRN are terrible, if they weren't good at the game this exercise would be silly.
Perhaps you could clarify CHRN's position then? I'll admit I'm having a lot of fun in Grey, however at present I'm failing to see how my activity there matters or enhances the game experience for CHRN. And if having active trading in Grey does not matter to CHRN, then perhaps certain members should stfu with their whining.

Well, I haven't been on in a little while,
But just to toss something out. A single player sneaking through gray space does not make for a real source of income.
I'm not going to log on to blast a single trader who MIGHT be in gray at some point during the day. Piracy doesn't work like that. You DON'T target some person and then try to hunt them down. It's a waste of time.
That kind of hunting pays off MAYBE once over 3+ hours. And when it does, it generally isn't a very good payoff.
Piracy only makes sense when there's enough of a flow through gray space that pirates aren't forced to hunt around like crazy for targets.
What powers do you imagine that pirates have? that we're able to know when you're going to be on, AND know exactly where you're trading at that time? (We don't have 10+ people littering the wormholes, we won't necessarily see you, max right now we have on is 3 people, and it's still common to have ships passing in the night)
In order to hunt down 1 SPECIFIC player, it takes many players working together.

Big deal Fluffer Nutter, I've been trading in Grey since before CHRN, I've lead 100 plus ship PA trade runs through grey. Also, whoever said that most traders hide in Dau is dead wrong... they hide in any nation space.

You make some valid points Shapenaji with which I can agree. However, until we have over 100 players actively playing on a consistent basis, 15-20 traders flying through grey isn't happening. Vendetta is what it is. Complaints were made, I responded by bringing my primary trade character back into action to provide a target. Not out of any benevolence towards the pirate community, but because I love being an asshole.
So I will not STFU. I will continue to troll and my score will rise. So anybody feeling froggy, lets see if you can jump.

Didn't have much time do anything serious today. Had an enjoyable time talking trash to Tumble and Azrael. Hope they enjoyed it as well. Moved to the other side of Sedina and got chased by Azrael. He gave it a good go and got me to around 60% or so, but alas, my hog 2 just outmatched his atlas x. Good chase though :)
So, no score for today. I should have more free time starting tomorrow :)

A solid win to CHRN for the excellent work of Chaakin Tockoa. I flew right into him and never had a chance. Outstanding and honorable pirate. Cost 750,000cr for being a douche :P

i once traded in gray six years ago!
I concur with Fluffy, Chaakin is one of the most upstanding pirates in game...as is whoever made me pay them yesterday from CLM.

Had a great time today, did a bit of trade, did a bit of mining. Made about 10 mil. Sadly the only CHRN on was Impavid/Tumble who is paying off a bet he lost to VPR by trading. Not that it would matter if he weren't.
Much fun was had talking a bit of trash on 100 and disrupting Impavid's news bulletin. So I'll call today a win for the old Fluffster.

Blah blah blah... yes you are the ONLY person who trades in Grey. We all get it, you are completely in love with the sound of your own voice... (or in this case text). Seriously, it is amazing that in all of Grey you are able to evade pirates. I mean the sheer level of skills involved! The brilliance of strategy! The abandoning of your stated goal when it becomes difficult! The not being where they are! You are just a trading GOD!
