This whole discussion is more than amusing. Especially joylessjoker has been striking me with overwhelming clownery. My dear friend, let me comment on some of the shit you have been saying.
It's weird how a 4-man show and few lousy, weak pirates can keep three stations away from you, your 20-strong dent fleet[...]
Said 4 man show and a few pirates can not keep station access from us. When I felt like it, I took the station I wanted to use with a couple buddies and it worked fine for the few minutes I needed it. But the 4-man show can outlast us in regards of time because nearly all of them devote their whole life into this game.
Bojan/Elder/Shark can play at work. He is online all the time and as soon as most TGFT have logged out from the station fight cause it got late, he will still be there.
Westacular is a fired stay-at-home-dad (Or he got a new job and plays at work until he gets fired again). Him and his 100 alts can be online all the time. There were days where this fool played 16 hours...
Similar stories applies to more SKV/FAMY alts.
TGFT however is a group of guys who love VO just as much as everyone here. Most of us DO have a job/family/girlfriend/wife/husband/whatever that we care about. We cannot play all day long.
To my observation, SKVs onlysuccess in this "war"is keeping the station access for the most time. And they achieve it by sick activity.
Don't flatter yourself. As soon as it becomes old news and people become tired of talking about it, TGFT is history.
You're obviously a joker, joylessjoker! TGFT is recruiting actively and successfully. TGFT is among the guilds that exist since the grey past. We are not a random newbie guild like FTNG that disbands in a matter of seconds. We have a large core playerbase which grows, even since SKV started wasting their time at the conq. station sectors. These players will not vanish. TGFT will not vanish. Stop hoping!
Everyone thinks "Ohhh TGFT is mad we have the stations we own them looool". But that's bullshit. I personally didn't need the conq. stations in ages and when I needed access, I took them. Most of the members who wanted a Trident built one long ago. And our newer members are not concerned with building a Trident yet. Most builders work in the winter when it's warm inside and cold outside. let's see what happens then! :)

Yes TRS, I can play while working. I'm a creative, I work from my home studio and I have no regular salary. Let's just say I get paid extremely well for my work and I usually earn more from 1 creative project then most people with regular salaries earn in a year.
Since I am my own boss, I work when I feel like it.

Actually csgno1, if that is the case then TRI and other manufacturers need them. Buying manufactured goods is a perfectly respectable thing to do that we need to encourage, not deride.

No thanks, RMJ. I used to live there, and while Tennessee isn't much better than Georgia was, I really do not need any reminders. Especially now that the weather is finally starting to cool off.

Um. You seem to not understand me. I did not say any of your lives were worth less than mine or the life of others in TGFT. Everyone here invests lifetime into VO. I simply explained that, given your current life-situations, people like you and Westie are able to spend a lot more time than the averge other player.

The real issue is that no amount of inactivity actually causes a guild to disband. From what I have seen, FNTG, while largely new, appears very consistent in their play-style, which is not something that can be said for TGFT.

FNTG isn't facing a malicious enemy whose goal is the 'total destruction' of Ther guild. Luckily for them, they won't have to. The Guild of Free Traders will be around for some time and has a larger core group of players than any guild hostile to us. We will continue to prosper. Maybe not according to your definition of prosperity, but credits and dents are all the same at the end of the day. Church isn't over till all the snakes are back in the bag.

You read but did not comprehend. I suspect even intentionally misreprenting my statement in order to serve your propogandist meme. The actual statement was:

The fact that our player base is growing is inconsequential to my statement. They are considered our active player base and might wither under continuous enemy harassment and molestation. Our core player base are those tenured guild members whose commitment has been clearly demonstrated. The Axiom is not considered amongst our core player base, but I have high hopes for him.
