Perhaps the Don is waiting for more specifics before making an official statement, as I would have to agree that what you just accused us of is most certainly unethical, and also not happening. We understand that there is market competition, why would we discredit ourselves to help our competitors? Discrepancy happens, mistakes happen, and when an issue is brought to our attention we commit ourselves to rectify the problem. In this instance, we have repeatedly asked for clarity to help the troubled parties, and have been met with vagueness.

In Edras system while in transit to Observation Post Sentors, HHTT pilot Mahayana observed EDIT pilot in heavy transport. Without hail or challenge he opened fire with indirect weapons to lethal effect. Post contact his cargo scan detected 140cu of Xirite Alloy. This incident was not authorized and the result of increased tensions stemming from three PKs upon pilots Allowat Sakima and Mahayana. Pilot Mahayana has been reminded that offensive combat action has not been authorized at this time.

Do not assume you are in a position to suggest diplomatic agreements between various organizations, when you have a firm lack of understanding of them in the first place, and especially when you do not heed our own Don's advice in how you purchase our services and then complain about the outcome.

Keeping in mind that our services are not directly linked, let me give you a real world example that happened just last week, perhaps it will give you and others a window into what's actually going on around you:
I ran into an unguilded, unwarranted pilot flying in the heart of grey space, doing proc missions. Showing great willingness to comply with all of my requests of halting and spooling down his engines, I offered a 10% off premium warranty and inquired about his destination. Again being forthcoming, the green pilot told me that he would be running procs from eastern UIT into grey all afternoon. I then informed him of a large EDIT presence in Edras and offered to escort him back to UIT to avoid hostilities. He graciously accepted my offer, and off we went. Sure enough we ran into an EDIT group in Eras. I then used HIS warranty payment to pay HIS processing fees, at no other costs to him. In this regard, two groups selling services are able to not step on each others toes, or overcharge either of their customers. If he had bought a weeks warranty and then just went about his day, he would have seen the same double billing type issues you experienced.
Another example would be from three days ago, running across a different unguilded being attacked by two VOID in Odia. I disposed of the aggressors and offered further assistance to the victim. Happy with the help so far the warranty I offered was an easy sell. Again I asked what the character was going to be doing, this time the unguilded was attempting to stay and do business for a while. So I told them I would keep any VOID out of Odia. I parked at the Sedina WH and got 5 or 6 more VOID pks as they attempted to get back to giving their trade conglomerate unfair market advantage. A week long warranty would have not helped this pilot either.
So, as I said, if you are willing to work with us we certainly will work with you. It's "Family Galactic Travel" after all, not "Family Stay the F**K Home".

Buy the services WHEN you need them, that way you are only paying for the protection that you need. Something you were told to do, yet did not do.
It's like you are buying high speed internet from three separate providers on the same month, then complaining the bill is three times higher than it should be, and then blaming the providers of being in kahoots.
Your poor planning put you in this position, your constant deflection of blame and public maner of doing so highlight your poor business decisions. It is not helping your relationships with the groups you are inevitably going to be forced to parlay with during your ventures into space.

Curious. Haven't seen my personal warranty agent in weeks. Not since shortly after taking delivery of a rather expensive commodity. And with an outstanding balance as well. This does not inspire confidence or aid in the establishment of trust. Even after a formal request to 'The Don,' no effort has been made to settle this debt.
The keyword in all HHTTs dealings being trustworthiness, which is the impetus behind the security and evasion protocols.

The Don does not handle minor trade deals when there are agents around specifically to delegate that sort of thing. Make contact on our site as your founder has done in the past and I will personally help you get compensated if you feel that you are owed it. I'm not sure who your agent was, nor do I care to know in a public setting, but I am always willing to come to the table. We have had a pilot suffer a RL issue recently, forcing him into a brief unplanned hiatus. It is likely much of what you claim will boil down to simple misunderstanding, but as I have said I take all complaints seriously and customer satisfaction (even those with agents other than myself) of great importance to me. My word is what I sell, honesty is as much a pillar of my guild as it is of yours. But that doesn't mean we wish to be public in our business dealings. Contact us privately for further assistance.

In fact 'The Don' did respond, acknowledging the debt on July 27: I'll pay whatever was agreed, of course. Since then I have come across only one FAMY agent who had no knowledge. Subsequently, the absence of FAMY has made the warranties I accepted in lieu of payment the equivalent of junk bonds. That in conjunction with the near monopoly an increased [EDIT] presence has in the Pelatus AO has led HHTT to conclude there is active collusion between [FAMY]-[EDIT]-[CLM] and other unguilded agents.
You are correct in that our purchase of a bulk warranty was a mistake. A costly one we will not repeat. But neither will we fall victim to the conspiracy of 'one agent-same product-several masks.' We again encourage the competing guilds to formalize their activities for the benefit of their customers.

After many trying months engaged in combat actions under the banner of TGFT, H.Hornblower begin to ponder the futility of persistent war.
