I first didn't believe it either, but now I can confirm the story actually happened. All that saved Blaqk from getting the billion stolen via automated /givemoney Neon Black 1000000000 was that he coincidentally switched the sector so Neon Black could not receive the money.
We obviously confronted TRI leadership immediately. Darth Nihilus promised he would make sure Neon Black leaves TRI and requested we handle it in silence. We agreed on that and moved on. On another note, TRI leadership also never voiced doubt that this happened, so I suppose they also think that Neon Black is capable of doing something like this.
We waited long enough. No action has been taken. No kick has been performed. No demotion in rank has been requested so that Neon Black could be kicked. So we have no choice but to declare war and demand a REALLY friendly sum of credits so we forget this awful story.
(And on an off RP note: I think it's REALLY a nice move on Blaqk's part to solve this problem via RP rather than reporting Neon Black right away. A plugin that takes your guild bank and sends it to somebody else in trojan-horse style really sounds like it breaks some rules. That alone deserves credit...)
