We're dropping food aide packages with 2 things enclosed and the State department has two very good reasons for this. They are peanut butter and poptarts.

1) it is a little hard to make a call to jihad with your mouth crammed full of peanut butter, just doesnt work!
2) most of these places are on pot. Now, for those of you addicted to the hooka, you'll know the first thing you do is go (in awed voice) poptarts!
