Apply Button in options
Sorry if this has been mentioned already... seems that the forum search doesnt work so hot... but when your adjusting options in the game, if you use the mouse to click on the left/right adjustment arrows the apply button will not activate. However, if you use the keyboard it will work just fine and you can apply the new settings you've just made.
