I'm new, so forgive me if this is something i'm missing, but i thought in 1.08 when you went to choose a weapon that you weren't licensed for, it would report which licenses you lacked in a red font. In 1.0.9 it doesn't give you this indication (you just can't buy the item)... (i'm using the MacOS X version)
