Ragnarok is the bomber and I can face the situation it has two turrets without a hassle. TPG Raptor would have one as well, because it deserves a buff more than any other ship in the game.

A Prom with a player operable turret should be OP. It takes two players to run it, so it should be balanced against two enemies, not one. Soloing a prom with a turret should be difficult. Just as difficult as a 2v1. If any ship with a turret is still balanced in 1v1, it should to be buffed.
