It isn't done exclusively using a plugin. So, it isn't the fault of plugins. It is simply an exploitable bug.

Cheaters ought to be ashamed of themselves for fearing death so badly. Running away should also be looked at as losing. Death isn't the only way to lose in this game man. Too many feel like the kill or the death is what marks success or failure. Survival is hardly the marker for these things in my opinion.

Just keep playing the game and don't let some tiny-balled fucker ruin your experience.
