½ Add NCO rank (middle management) to guilds.
Currently the command ranking structure in a guild is Commander - Lieutenant – Member. Council is somewhat outside of this structure. There is no official NCO level in the game for guilds. I propose adding a NCO rank. This suggestion goes hand in hand with the other suggestion I posted today(here).
Positives: While minor, having this kind of rank is a way visually award deserving members a guild with an actual title. Administratively, some guilds have ranking structures behind the scenes, but there is currently no way to display them in game other than renaming a character. (Waf TO Sgt WAF). My belief is that having more doodads, flair and bling for members adds to the atmosphere of the VO universe.
Negatives: It might seem somewhat superfluous due to the current lack of features for guilds.
Issues: A corporate guild might find it strange having NCO ranks in their company. A solution for this would require a separate suggestion.
